CHENNAI, June 17:A team of six students of Dr Ambedkar Law College was judged the third best in the moot court event in Vienna recently. The moot court, a contest for law students where they are expected to argue and for and against in fictitious cases, was organised by the Institute of Commercial Law, Pace Law School, New York and United Nations Commission on International Trade Laws.

A bus in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh caught fire after running over a motorcycle that had skidded on a wet highway. The bike's driver, B Siva Shankar, died on the spot and the pillion rider reported that the bus dragged the bike for 300 meters before stopping. Police are investigating the incident using CCTV footage.
