BHUBANESWAR, SEPT 4: District and Sessions Judge Mahendra Nath Pattnaik today framed charges against Dara Singh and 13 others in the murder of Australian missionary Graham Stewart Staines and his two sons.

Staines and his two minor sons were burnt to death inside their vehicle while they were asleep at Manoharpur village in Keonjhar district on January 22 night last year by a mob of tribals. Staines had gone to the village to attend the annual jungle camp when the mishap occurred.
