CHENNAI, July 20: The Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers in Tamil Nadu plan to strike work on July 22 protesting against some of the recommendations of the Fifth Pay Commission which include reduction of casual leave, abolition of 3.5 lakh posts and re-introduction of bonus ceiling.
