Brothers draw 1-1 with IPCL

In another match, IIT Povai won against Khalsa Boys 2-1 in Division III B. IIT took lead in the second minute of the match, when Amit Bhandari struck the first blow. Khalsa equalised in the 44th minute through Kevin Sequiera. But two minutes later, Rohan Kalyanpuri sealed victory for IIT by scoring the second goal.

Kamath champs

OPENER Chinmay Madiye’s 58, which included eight boundaries, helped Kamath Memorial triumph in the Surya Cooking Oil under-14 cricket tournament at the Worli Sports Club today.

Madiye was named man of the match while skipper Soham Dalvi was the man of the series.
