
Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is eggs and toast with a glass of fruit or vegetable juice. Lunch is dal, sabzi, rice and roti. Dinner is usually the same, unless I go out.
What’s your exercise routine?
I try to hit the gym whenever possible. I also do pilates.
What’s your favourite food?
Anything that is cooked well.
Is there anything you binge on?
Ice cream.
What would you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Alter my diet and exercise routine accordingly.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
A couple of times, but I don’t follow a strict diet which would be tough to follow.
What’s your idea of health?
To eat healthy and avoid stress.
