London, May 1: Former Indian Cricket Board PresidentInderjit Singh Bindra, who has alleged there is widespread match-fixing in the game, flew in here unannounced and sought permission to attend the ICC meeting starting tomorrow saying he was ready to present "crucial information" on match-fixing.

In a letter addressed to ICC president Jagmohan Dalmiyawhich was handed over today, Bindra said he would like to present information on alleged instances of match-fixing, growth of one-dayers particularly in areas outside the jurisdiction of full member countries and the manner in which television rights have been granted in "off shore areas" for the limited-overs game.

Punjab Cricket Association president Bindra said he hadcome here to make himself available to his former colleagues in ICC, a body whose deliberations he often attened from 1984 to 1996 in various capacities connected with Indian cricket.

Bindra said he would be very happy to come to the specialsession of the ICC meeting and present "what I believe is crucial information with regard to the scourge of match-fixing and betting. This evil is now threatening to destroy all that is dear to us in the game of cricket."
