Asian PGA Tour Order of Merit leader, Arjun Atwal, last year’s order of merit champion Jyoti Randhawa and Japanese tour regular Jeev Milkha Singh have all come together well prepared for the task ahead in the Hero Honda Masters that commences at the Delhi Golf Club course here tomorrow. “I am looking forward to teeing it up tomorrow as this is my sponsors tournament,’’ said Jeev, who will tee off at quarter past eight tomorrow. ‘‘This is my second event in the country and I shall be attempting to put up some good scores before heading into the weekend,” he added. Meanwhile, Jyoti made his first appearance at the host venue today and enjoyed his first 18 holes. Though the pressure this week will not compare to the tough competition he faces on the Japanese tour, Jyoti is well equipped to take on Asia’s best, even though his regular caddie, cousin Bunty Randhawa plans to take this week off. However, they won on countback, while Gurbaaz Mann’s team of Wg Crd S Aparajit, Col, Kapil Kaul and leading Indian amateur Simarjeet Singh finished third at 16-under-par for the competition. Amit Luthra won the prize for the longest drive, with his 289-yard drive, while Shalini Malik won in the women’s category, after hitting her shot to 252-yards off the 10th tee. Promising lady golfer Mayali Talwar won the prize for the closest to the pin, with her tee shot on the par-three fifth, which finished just six feet and an inch away from the cup.
