Charting out long term plans for India, Bentley motors today said it would focus on the top-end saloon market here.

‘‘We are relatively new here in India but have a long-term plan to stay in the Indian market and for that we are focusing on our high-end saloon,’’ Bentley motors regional director Middle East, Africa and India, Ian Gorusch said here.

Bentley today launched its latest offering Bentley Continental flying Spur, coming at a price tag of Rs 1.7 crore.

‘‘We see more of the saloon, especially the Continental Flying Spur, selling here,’’ he said. Bentley plans to launch the convertible variants of Arnage and Continental GT in 2006, Gorusch said. — PTI
