The Indian Cricket Board will release a commemorative volume on Friday to mark the platinum jubilee of Test cricket in India.BCCI secretary N Srinivasan will release the volume while Board president Shashank Manohar and his English counterpart Giles Clarke would exchange mementos a minute before the second Test between India and England gets underway at the Punjab Cricket Association in Mohali on Friday.This volume was originally scheduled to be released during the platinum jubilee programme in Mumbai but last month's terror attacks in the metropolis prompted a change in BCCI's programme, according to a BCCI statement in Mohali.Bombay Gymkhana staged the inaugural Test from December 15-18, 1933 in which Douglas Jardine's England beat the hosts by nine wickets.
