MUMBAI, MARCH 16: Police seized Rs 4.52 lakh worth banned instant lottery tickets at Vile Parle in north-west Mumbai on Wednesday.

Four persons, identified as K Nagesh, Kevaram Ptel, Bhagatram Patel and Milind Karalkar, have been arrested in this connection, police said. The four have been remanded to police custody till March 21.
