Going by the affidavit filed by former Karnataka chief minister H D Kumaraswamy at the time of filing his nomination papers for the Ramanagara Assembly seat, he owes huge sums of money to his family members.Kumaraswamy and his family have Rs 49.72 crore assets and Rs 26.05 crore liabilities as per the affidavit filed on Monday. While Kumaraswamy owns properties worth Rs 15.36 crore, his son and wife have property worth around Rs 34 crore.The former chief minister also declares that he owes Rs 1.33 crore to his wife Anitha, Rs 1 crore to his brother Ramesh, and Rs 3.26 lakh to sister-in law Bhavani Revanna.
