Arjun may resume office after a week

Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singh, who has been unwell for a month now, is working from home and it will be a few more days before he resumes office. Singh was admitted at the Army Research and Referral Hospital last month when he complained of “exhaustion” and was detected with chest infection.

Although he was discharged from the hospital earlier this month, Singh has not yet joined office. “He was admitted in the hospital for about 10 days since he had fever. He is better now and is disposing of papers from home. Doctors have been advised rest. However, he may join office after a week,” officials at his office said.
