HYDERABAD, April 9: The Andhra Pradesh Government is continuing with its back-to-school programme for dropouts, which met with considerable success last year. The programme, which gives dropouts a second chance by offering them intensive coaching for two months, will cover one lakh children this year, including child labourers, bonded labourers and children engaged in agricultural labour, scavenging and other occupations.
