NEW DELHI, June 14: The anticipatory bail plea of a Faridabad resident was today dismissed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in a cheating and forgery case.
Pronouncing orders on the petition filed by Manju Shree alias Manju Duggal, Justice V.M. Jain of the High Court observed: quot;After hearing the counsel for the petitioner and going through the record including the order dated June 3, 1999 passed by the Sessions Judge, Faridabad. I find no ground to order the release of the petitioner on anticipatory bail.8221;

The petitioner had applied for bail following the registration of a case against her quot;employeequot; Sunil Bahal. Complainant Sanjay Aggarwal, chief executive officer of Sun City Project Limited, had earlier alleged fraud by Sunil Bahal.
