Even as film financier Bharat Shah today urged the Mumbai High Court to drop the charges framed against him in the case of the alleged Bollywood-underworld nexus, film actor and witness Kishen Kumar, was declared hostile in a special court.

Appearing at a special court, Kumar informed the court today that he had no knowledge of the unit of the film Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, which was allegedly financed by underworld don Chhota Shakeel.

He also denied making a police statement that he had approached Rizvi to discuss selling the music rights of Chori Chori… to T-Series for Rs 2.5 crore. The rights later went to a rival company Universal Music.

Earlier, Kumar had told police that Rizvi had spoken to him about making a film with Preity Zinta, Sanjay Dutt and Govinda. Meanwhile, Shah has challenged an order of the trial judge who had framed charges against him for threatening film personalities like Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan and conspiring to murder them.
