Amar Singh was upset on Thursday because he was summoned to the Lodhi Road police station by Delhi police ‘‘when they could have come to my house for questioning as I am not an accused but a victim.’’ Sources say he was called to the Special Cell so that his voice sample could be taken. The sample will be sent to CFSL, Hyderabad where CDs of the tapped conversations have already been sent.Railway Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav, meanwhile, said: ‘‘Amar Singh should make public the tapped conversations. If the allegations made by him against the Centre are serious, the government should order registration of an FIR.”
