NAGPUR, DEC 20: Members of tribal communities who had gathered at Yeshwant Stadium on Friday evening to hear Chief Minister Manohar Joshi, returned empty handed as Joshi failed to turn up at the stadium and instead left for Mumbai.The tribals had gathered at the stadium under the banner Akhil Bharatiya Adivasi Vikas Parishad led by former legislator Baburao Madavi to demand concessions in education, jobs and scholarships.The Parishad members had expressed their wish to meet Joshi after the morcha reached Morris Point this afternoon. The morcha returned to Yeshwant Stadium, but the Chief Minister failed to turn up. It was learnt that he left for the airport from Ramgiri. Opposition leader Madhukar Pichad later addressed the tribals.
