Ahmedabad, July 23: The curfew which was imposed in both Dariapur and Kalupur sensitive areas of the city on Tuesday last would be lifted from tomorrow.According to police, the decision had been taken by city police commissioner P C Pandye following improvement in law and order situation in the riot-hit areas.A representation was also made by the people to lift the curfew to avoid hardship to the common people, police said.The curfew which was relaxed during the day was reimposed at 1900 hours in both the riot-hit areas.Meanwhile, police raided the terrace of a complex in Dariapur area and recovered bottles with kerosene, wires and threads.Police suspect that such materials were placed on the terrace to create terrorism in the locality.
