The officer conceded that despite pressing traffic police officials on duty, it has been of little help as the topography of the area makes it accident prone.

Talking to Newsline, a senior official with the Haryana PWD (B and R), said, “We do have plans to widen the stretch so that the narrow highway could be less accident prone. The work will start soon.”
