PUNE, March 31: Top-weighted absolute power is poised to annex The Indian Express Trophy, the feature of the Extra Race Day slated for Thursday at Mahalakshmi. Quickdraw McGraw and Splendid Star are expected to finish closely.

In May, Operation Sindoor resulted in the death of 100 Pakistani soldiers and destruction of 11 air bases and air assets by the Indian Air Force. The operation, led by Lt Gen Rajiv Ghai, was launched after a terror attack in Pahalgam and saw the killing of over 100 terrorists. Jammu and Kashmir have faced 28,000 terror incidents since the late 1980s.
