CHANDIGARH, January 20: A 60-year-old woman was crushed to death while a man was seriously injured in two separate accidents in Mani Majra, here today.Gomti Devi, a resident of Raipur Kallan village, died on the on the spot when a truck ran over her head after toppling the cart in which she was riding, in Mani Majra, this evening.The police have arrested the driver Ravi Kumar for causing death due to rash and negligent driving and impounded the truck (CH01 A4023).Mukesh Kumar was admitted to the GMC, Sector 32, with multiple fractures in his legs after his scooter (HR03 6506) was hit by a motorcycle CHL 7740, driven by Salim, a resident of Indira Colony.
