Three Congress ministers of state on Monday offered to quit the RJD-led coalition govt in Bihar saying they were upset with CM Rabri Devi and RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav.

Sources in Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee said Zahidur Rehman, Chaudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser and Mohammed Javed had written to BPCC president Shakeel Ahmed seeking permission from the high command to quit the ministry.
