NEW DELHI, August 17: Harpreet (19) jumped to his death from the terrace of the seven-storeyed Anupam Apartments in East Arjun Nagar around 11 a.m. today. His body was found by the residents, who informed the police.

The Anand Vihar police say that Harpreet’s father, Bhajan Singh Madan, died of a heart attack six months ago and the youth was depressed over this. He had passed out of school last year and was reportedly hoping to get his father’s job at a bank.
