CHANDIGARH, Nov 2: In a major administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government today transferred 16 IAS officers - including the Deputy Commissioners of Yamuna Nagar, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Bhiwani, Gurgaon and Fatehabad - with immediate effect.While Alok Nigam, Joint Secretary (Political, Services and Vigilance Departments) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, against T.V.S.N. Prasad, his place has been taken by Surina Rajan, Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar. T.V.S.N. Prasad is the new Project Director, Water Resources Consolidation Project and Principal Director, Irrigation and Rural Management Institute. Rajeev Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-CEO, DRDA is the new DC, Yamunanagar.M Kithan, Administrator, HUDA (Panchkula) and Additional Director (Town and Country Planning) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Karnal and Director, Haryan Rural Development Institute, Nilokheri. Devender Singh, Deputy Commissioner (Gurgaon) and Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurgaon has gone to HUDA as Administrator, making way for Krishan Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani and Chairman, Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani. K.S. Yadav is the new Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani and Chairman, Haryana Board of School Education.Samir Mathur, Joint Secretary (Revenue and Rehabilitation) and Chief Settlement Commissioner has been posted as Joint Secretary (Revenue). Roshan Lal, Deputy Commissioner, Karnal and Director, Haryana Rural Development Cooperative Federation Ltd has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Dairy Development Corporation and Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Ltd and Joint Secretary, Rehabilitation-cum-Chief Settlement Commissioner, Haryana.R.P.Chander, Managing Director, Haryana Dairy Development Corporation, is the new Director, Primary Education in place Sanjiv Kumar, who will continue to be Project Director, Haryana State Prathmik Shiksha Pariyojna. Raja Sekhar, Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-CEO, DRDA, Kurukshetra, has gone to Fatehabad as Deputy Commissioner in place of K.S. Yadav. Gulab Singh Sorot, Director (Local Bodies) has been posted as Joint Secretary (Irrigation Department), in place of Sarban Singh. Jyoti Arora, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) has been given the additional charge of Director (Local Bodies) in place of Gulab Singh Sorot. Sumita Misra, Joint Secretary (General Administration) has been given the additional charge of Director and Joint Secretary (Science and Technology), relieving Praveen Kumar of the said charge.
