From Bollywood royalty to Hollywood darling, Priyanka Chopra Jonas is conquering the world in style. In a candid walk-through of her New York City home, Priyanka welcomed viewers into a space that balances function and flair, and family memories. With laughter, warmth, and a touch of self-deprecating humour, she shared everything from her chaotic closet space to the private theater she’s “never used.”
The entrance of her home opens into a personal world steeped in meaning. A thoughtful birthday gift from her hairstylist in India finds pride of place, while a shelf showcases tiny figurines symbolising her family:
“That’s my dad—and because he sings, that’s the microphone. My dog who’s kept my passport because he doesn’t want me to leave. Me with my wine and my phone that’s always ringing.”
Even food gets a figurine: “Food, ’cause I love it, and it’s obviously all non-vegetarian.” She throws in a family nugget: “My brother’s a chef. My mom, who handles finances, medicine, house, my days—she’s juggling everything and being fabulous at it.”
Downstairs, her living room exudes calm, but the “confused room” steals the spotlight. “This is the confused room. It used to be a pool table—like a game room—but I’ve changed it into a fitting and glam room. As you can see, I have so many extra clothes. Winter stuff especially.”
The pool table, instead of being used for games, has become a stage for accessories and shoes. “It was so funny yesterday—there were so many shoes on this, and I was like, guys, oh my God, this is leather!”
There’s also a guitar corner—a nod to her aspiration more than reality: “So, this is my guitar corner, which I don’t know how to play…I want to learn so I have it set. It’s a failure of mine.”
Perhaps the most iconic space? Her home theater. “This should be like a massage sort of space, but this is the theater.” And in true Priyanka fashion, she jokes, “I’m an actor—I need a private theater in my house! I have a thing about screening rooms, I have one in my Juhu house as well. But I never use it. It’s completely virginal. Terrible.”
Attached to the main house is a gym with a separate entrance, built for practicality (and her trainer). “I try. I’m on an Emmy diet at the moment,” she shares with a laugh, revealing the real reason behind her fitness routine. “I just have to fit into this dress.”
She might be a global star, but her NYC home is filled with the kind of messiness, memories, and multi-purpose rooms that make it feel real.
