Finding healthy snack options that are both tasty and nourishing can be difficult in today’s fast-paced society. One snack, however, stands out as the ideal fusion of flavour and healthfulness: besan chilla. The popular Indian dish, also called gram flour pancakes, is a filling and healthy snack. It is made from besan (gram flour), which is rich in protein, fibre, and essential nutrients.

By incorporating besan chilla into your snacking routine, you can enjoy a guilt-free treat that contributes to your overall well-being. If you are looking for a fuss-free way to make besan chilla at home, look no further as Roshni Chopra recently shared the recipe for the same on her Instagram page.

“Besan Chilla – I can literally eat this anytime!” she wrote, alongside the video of her demonstrating how you can recreate her recipe.
