TNPSC veterinary assistant surgeon recruitment 2019: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has invited applications for the post of veterinary assistant surgeon in Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry Service. Interested candidates can apply at the official websites, tnpsc.gov.in and tnpscexams.in. The last date to register is December 17, however, payment link will be active till December 19.

A total of 1,141 vacancies are to be filled through this recruitment process. Of the total, 636 vacancies are to be filled by temporarily working veterinary assistant surgeon. To be eligible for the jobs, candidates will have to appear for a written exam scheduled to be held on February 23, 2020.

Education: Applicants should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent level of education

Age: The upper age limit is capped at 30 years, however, there is no age limit for reserved category candidates.

Candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 150 and an exam fee of Rs 200.
