IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) is hiring for Executive Sales and Operations (ESO) positions with 1000 vacancies available. Interested and eligible candidates can apply at the official website — idbibank.in — till November 16.
Banking job aspirants can print their applications until December 1 with the option to submit fees through the website portal between November 7 and 16. The tentative date for the online examination for the IDBI ESO posts is December 1.
The contract would be initially for one year and will be reviewed for extension on a year-to-year basis for a further period of one year. The extension is subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies and any other criteria that the bank will decide from time to time.

— A graduate from a recognised university in any discipline. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

The ESOs will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration of Rs 29,000 per month in the first year and Rs 31,000 per month in the second year. The appointment is contractual and the appointee will not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, any superannuation benefits, gratuity provident fund or any benefits, read the brochure.
The selection process shall comprise an online test, document verification, personal interview and pre-recruitment medical test (PRMT).
The tests, except the English Language test, will be available in both English and Hindi. The minimum qualifying marks, both sectional and aggregate, will be determined by the Bank according to the available vacancies.
Each candidate must achieve a minimum score in each section of the test as well as a minimum total score to be considered for shortlisting for the interview. There will be sectional timings for each of the tests within the overall time limit of 120 minutes.
