SSC MTS result 2019: There is an error in the result of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) exam 2019, declared by the Selection Commission’s (SSC) on November 5, 2019. As per the previously announced result, 1,11,162 candidates have made it through the paper I and were eligible for paper II exam. However, in the latest notification, SSC said several candidates belonging newly introduced economically weaker section (EWS) quota and e-serviceman quota have not been considered under the said category.

The SSC has as a ‘corrective measure’ allowed 9551 more candidates to appear for the Paper II exam. The MTS paper II is scheduled to be conducted on November 24. The tier-II exam will be descriptive and those who clear the same will be called for document verification.

Selected candidates will be hired at a pay scale of Rs 5200- Rs 20,200 with additional grade pay of Rs 1800.

The SSC MTS exam was conducted from August 2 to 22, 2019 and the revised result is available at the official website, ssc.nic.in. Candidates can check the same online. A total of 38.58 lakh candidates registered for the same while 19,19,004 appeared for the exam.
