Teen dies by suicide in Dehradun Express

A 14-year-old unidentified teenager allegedly died by suicide by hanging himself with the berth chain in Dehradun Express on Bandra Terminus on Sunday evening.

“The boy was seen walking on platform 3 at Bandra Terminus and then entering S-7 coach of Dehradun Express via the emergency window (all doors were closed) as seen in the CCTV.

Later, he was found hanging by RPF personnel. He was declared brought dead at Bhabha hospital. We are trying to establish his identity and find his family,” said Ravindra Shivramwar, senior inspector of Bandra GRP.
