Two security personnel have been injured in an encounter with militants in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir,sources said on Tuesday. Acting on a tip off about the presence of a group of militants in Sanie-Top area of Surankote tehsil,troops and police launched a cordon and search operation on Monday night,sources said. Militants fired on the troops during the operation,resulting in an encounter in which two security persons,including a Special Police official,were injured,they said adding that the rebels managed to escape.
