Two live bombs recovered in Rajouri

Two live mortar bombs were recovered by the Army from a field in the border belt of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.

Army troops acted promptly on information received from villagers about the presence of explosive material in a field in a border village,Lambadi in Noushera. They rushed to the spot and detected and recovered two mortar shells,sources said.

Both the shells were defused and a major tragedy averted,they added.
