The BSF opened fire after observing suspicious movement along the Indo-Pak border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Alert BSF troops observed some suspicious movement along the International Border near Ballard Out Post in Samba district on Tuesday mid night,a BSF spokesman said on Wednesday.

The firing was brief but forced “suspicious persons” across the border to retreat,he said. There was no casualty or injury to anyone in the firing.
