29 killed,30 injured as matador collides with bus in UP

Police said the collision took place near Annipur village on Badaun-Agra road.

Twenty nine people,returning from the funeral of a relative,were killed and 30 injured when the mataor carrying them collided with a bus here this evening.

Superintendent of Police,D.K Chaudhary said the collision took place near Annipur village on Badaun-Agra road when the matador collided with the state government bus in Ujhani police station area.

Those killed included the driver of the bus,Chaudhary said adding the victims were returning after performing last rites of their relative.

All the deceased belong to Saroura village under Ujhani police station area.
