New Delhi to Patna train, New Delhi to Patna Vande Bharat train: Indian Railways (IR) has introduced a Vande Bharat train between New Delhi and Patna. This new train will further strengthen the connectivity between two cities. For now, this semi-high-speed train will operate as a festival special train. In a statement, Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, Chief Public Relations Officer, Northern Railway said: "To facilitate the travel of passengers during ensuing festivals, Railways have decided to run Vande Bharat festival special trains. These special trains will cater to the increased demand for travel during festival season and ensure a comfortable and safe journey for all passengers." New Delhi to Patna Vande Bharat Special train: Route, Train Number, Distance, Travel Time The New Delhi-Patna-New Delhi Vande Bharat Special will run as train number 02254 From New Delhi, the train will begin its commercial journey on October 12. However, from Patna Junction, the train will commence its journey on October 11. The New Delhi-Patna-New Delhi Vande Bharat Special train will remain in operation from October 11 to November 17. The New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Special train will cover a distance of around 1,000 km in 13 hours. New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Special train: Stoppages During its journey between New Delhi and Patna, train number 02254/02253 Vande Bharat festival special will halt at six railway stations. These are: Aligarh, Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Buxar and Ara. New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Special train: Timing The New Delhi–Patna Vande Bharat Special train will depart from the national capital at 08:35 hrs and arrive in Patna at 21:30 hrs the same day. On its return journey, the Patna–New Delhi Vande Bharat Special will leave the Bihar capital at 10:00 hrs and reach New Delhi at 23:30 hrs.
