India,Pakistan should engage in time bound dialogue on Kashmir: JKLF

New Delhi and Islamabad should include the people of J-K in dialogue process,says JKLF chairman.

Welcoming Indo-Pakistan talks,JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik today said the two countries should engage in a time-bound dialogue to resolve the Kashmir issue.

“We welcome any step taken towards resolution of Kashmir issue but no one can deny the fact that dialogue has failed in the past,” Malik said in a statement here.

“The need of the hour is that the two countries start a serious,meaningful and time-bound dialogue for resolution of Kashmir issue to ensure a peaceful South Asian region,” he said.

He said New Delhi and Islamabad should include the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the dialogue process for finding a durable solution.

Malik lashed out at opposition parties in both countries for making statements against the dialogue process for resolution of Kashmir issue.

“When they are in power,they talk big about resolution of Kashmir issue and dialogue process but now they are criticising it,” he said.
