Two murdered in Delhi

A 50-year-old DDA employee was found murdered in north-west Delhi this morning,police said.

A 50-year-old DDA employee was found murdered in north-west Delhi this morning,police said.

Bedi Bala,a Class IV employee of DDA,was found dead near Britania’s factory in Saraswati Vihar around 7 am.

Some document was found from him following which his identity was ascertained.

His body bore multiple stab injuries on a thigh.

Police sent his body for post mortem and have registered a case in this regard,police said.

Bedi was living in L block in Keshav Puram area along with his family.

In an another case,a 25-year-old youth was stabbed to death by unknown men in Inderpuri of south-west Delhi. The incident took place late last night.

The family of the deceased,identified as Maonj,told police that he was sitting outside the home when some persons known to him took outside.

After about half-an hour,the family was informed by one of their neighbours that Manoj was found stabbed and lying in pool of blood.

Police were informed and Manoj was rushed to a private hospital in Patel Nagar where he succumbed to injuries.

A case of murder has been registered.
