Trial court serves notice to V K Singh,seeks reply on bail cancellation plea

Tejinder Singh had filed plea for cancellation of V K Singh’s bail alleging on grounds that he had engaged in defamation against him despite restraint orders of the Supreme court.

V K Singh had accused Tejinder Singh of offering him bribe in connection with the Tetra truck deal. In response,Tejinder Singh had filed a case against V K Singh for defamation.
