Shah taken into preventive custody

They said Shah along with a large number of party activists and supporters was on way to nearby Hajin when his cavalcade was stopped by police and Shah was taken into preventive custody as a precautionary measure.

The police was apprehensive that his presence in Hajin,where the people are up in arms in support of the demand for a degree college over the past few months,might result in law and order situation,they said.
