Slamming Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi for his attack, BJP’s ideological parent RSS said his remarks expose his “frustration” and “ignorance” about the organisations’s ideology.
“Rahul Gandhi’s utterances expose his frustration and ignorance about RSS,” said Manmohan Vaidya, all-India communications head of the organisation.
The BJP, too, reacted sharply to Rahul’s comments. “RSS is experiencing growing admiration and participation from the society, particularly the youth… There is nothing to learn from him (Rahul) and he should first learn himself,” said Minister M Venkaiah Naidu in Raipur.

“Great grandpa tried it; grandma tried; papa too. Four generations of futile hatred. RSS grew. Cong?,” he tweeted.
