Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address an election meeting on Saturday in Arunachal Pradesh where assembly polls are scheduled on October 13. He will address a public rally at Pasighat in the key border state,a PMO official said. The Prime Minister is also likely to address election meetings in poll-bound Maharashtra and Haryana.
