The National Investigation Agency, which is investigating the terror attack on BSF convoy on the national highway in Udhampur district, on Tuesday announced an reward of Rs five lakh each for information on two Pakistani terrorists.
Identifying them as Zargham alias Mohammad Bhai of Hazara Khyber Paktunkhwa, and Abu Okasha of Khyber Paktunkhwa, Pakistan, an official spokesperson said that both were wanted in connection with Udhampur terror attack in which two BSF jawans were killed and nearly a dozen others injured on August 5 this year. While the former was 38-40 years and 5.3 ft in height, the latter was of 17-18 years and 5.2 inch in height.
Releasing a sketch of both the absconding Pakistani terrorists, the spokesperson said that they were accomplices of Pakistani Lashkar terrorist Mohammad Naveed alias Mohammad Usman who was captured alive after the attack on BSF convoy. They have crossed over into the Indian territory with the intention to carry out terror attack, the spokesperson added.
Pointing out that anybody giving information about their whereabouts leading to their arrest, will be given the announced award, the agency said that the identity of the informer will be kept secret.
Two Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists from Pakistan had attacked a BSF bus at Narsu nullah on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway in Udhampur district on August 5 morning. While one of the terrorists, Nomen was killed, Naveed was captured alive by local villagers.
