Swarada Angal-Kulkarni has brought about a new concept of ‘Leadership through Bharatnatyam’. It is designed in a manner that even youngsters can relate to it. This is useful for students who enter the corporate world,where along with their language,their soft skills are also tested. “Indian classical dance will bring the students at the level of self realisation. I have chosen a few leadership skills,which I first explain to them and then demonstrate the same through classical dance compositions,” says Angal-Kulkarni . She will be performing and conducting a 70-minutes class at SIMS (Symbiosis Institute Of Management Studies) on June 12. She usually conducts classes for management students,but is now thinking of approaching engineering students too.
