Vishakhapatnam: 2 held for smuggling 190 kg cannabis

Two persons were arrested on Saturday for allegedly smuggling 190 kg of dry cannabis in an ambulance in Vishakhapatnam, excise officials said.

Accused M Venkatraju and G Adinarayana were apprehended by officials of the Prohibition and Excise department while they were transporting the contraband in an ambulance belonging to a primary healthcare centre, Narsipatnam Excise Inspector BVG Raju said.
