Bajrang Dal activists on Monday held protests demonstration against some MPs of the All Party Delegation going to the house of hardline leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani who refused to meet them and asked the government to clarify its stand on the issue.

Led by Rakesh Kumar, Convener Bajrang Dal, its activists reached out to the gate of the Guest House where All Party Delegation is meeting various delegations of Jammu, and held protest demonstrations.

They asked the government to clarify its stand as to why these MPs of the delegation went to meet the separatists whom the Government of India and the state government had “blamed for their involvement” in this unrest.

They were later removed from the gate by the police.

Hitting out at the MPs who went to the house of Geelani, BJP MLA Ravinder Raina alleged that this act of MPs have brought disgrace to the nation.

“There is no need to talk to the Hurriyat Conference as they were the people who were instrumental in carrying forward Pak agenda on Kashmir.

“They are the paid agents of Pak who are out to create situations like the one government is facing today”, he said.
