Gujarat Congress demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Narendra Modi following the High Court upholding sanction for prosecution of state minister Purshottam Solanki.

State Congress president Arjun Modhvadia said Modi should resign from the post within three days till the inquiry in the case against his Minister is not over.
