Delhi road rage: Auto driver beaten to death

A 32-year-old autodriver became a victim of road rage in Delhi when four men of a car allegedly beat him to death after a collision with their car early this morning,police said.

A 32-year-old autodriver became a victim of road rage in Delhi when four men of a car allegedly beat him to death after a collision with their car early this morning,police said.

The incident took place at Vijay Vihar at around 3 am and the victim has been identified as Rajesh Kumar.

The auto hit the car,after which those travelling in the four-wheeler entered into an argument with the autodriver.

This led to a scuffle and the driver was beaten to death. The people travelling in the car were reportedly drunk,police said.

Two persons have been arrested in this connection. The victim’s brother Vinod Kumar alleged Rajesh was hit on his head by a brick,which led to his death.

“There were four people. They had a fight with my brother,after which they heat him up and then they hit his head with a brick,leading to his death,” Vinod alleged.
