Bigg Boss OTT 2 was planned as a six-week reality show but it got an extension after the audience accepted it and streaming figures saw an upswing.
Bigg Boss OTT 2 grand finale was streamed on JioCinema from 9 pm on Monday. It was one of the rare times that the reality show’s grand finale took place on a Monday as usually they are planned over the weekend. Akanksha Puri, Cyrus Broacha, Jad Hadid, Aaliya Siddiqui, Avinash Sachdev, Aashika Bhatia, Puneet Superstar, Falaq Naaz, Palak Purswani and Jiya Shankar were also part of the show besides the five finalists.
Speaking to indianexpress.com post her exit from the show, Pooja shared that given she is a ‘Bhatt’, she has always been vocal about everything in life. However, she did know that her words and actions would be dissected outside the game.
“A lot of people would talk to the camera there, I never did that. I wasn’t speaking on it or to it, I wasn’t even trying to project myself. I was just being me and if that was not good enough for India, then that’s a price I was willing to pay. But I can’t become someone else to please somebody. I wasn’t playing to a gallery. When I was sharing my life, it was with someone… to give them an example. Why I was behaving in a certain way was there to not reveal something. Some did come to the show saying they have to prove to people, they didn’t last. Because their agenda was different, and I had no agenda. You cannot play a victim card,” she shared.

Pooja Bhatt has responded to allegations that father Mahesh Bhatt made Manisha Rani uncomfortable when he Visited Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. "If people found Mahesh Bhatt’s behaviour inside the Bigg Boss house inappropriate, then I feel their minds are inappropriate. I don’t think I have the bandwidth to go and explain to everyone. I feel the contestants, especially Manisha Rani requested to spend time with him. I was the last person he came to meet and I could hardly spend time with him," Pooja told News 18.
