The University of Glasgow has announced the Glasgow MBA Scholarship 2025, a financial aid initiative aimed at supporting talented international students pursuing an MBA degree. With awards of up to EUR 18,750 (approximately Rs 17 lakh), the scholarship is designed to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the university’s globally recognised business programme, mentions the website.

This one-time scholarship is open to applicants from select countries, including India, who have received either an unconditional offer or a conditional offer based solely on English language proficiency for the September 2025 MBA intake. Candidates must also demonstrate either first-class academic achievement or an outstanding professional track record and clear the university’s interview process.

The Glasgow MBA Scholarship welcomes applications from a wide range of countries and regions from Bangladesh, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, the United States of America, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe and others.

How to apply

The application process is straightforward but requires careful attention. Eligible students must first apply and be accepted into the MBA programme. Once admitted, they can access the Glasgow MBA Scholarship Application Form via the university’s online portal and submit it along with supporting documents through the Applicant Self-Service platform.

Required documents include academic transcripts, degree certificates, references, and proof of English language proficiency such as IELTS or TOEFL scores. All files must be uploaded in .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf format, with individual files not exceeding 5MB and a total upload limit of 10MB.

The application deadline is 21st July 2025. Selection will be based on eligibility criteria and the strength of the applicant’s academic and professional background. Financial need may also be considered during the evaluation process.
