NCTE invites online applications for transition from 4-year integrated programme to ITEP
The last academic session for admission to the four-year integrated programme will be 2024-2025. No fresh admission will be made in the four-year integrated programme thereafter.
ITEP 2024: NCTE invites application for transition (Express image/ representative)
The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) is inviting online application for the transition of the four-year integrated programme to the Integrated Teacher Education Programmes (ITEP). ITEP is a dual-major holistic bachelor’s degree offering BA BEd/ BSc, BEd and BCom, BEd. Candidates can register by March 5, 2024 at ncte.gov.in.
The last academic session for admission to the four-year integrated programme will be 2024-2025. No fresh admission will be made in the four-year integrated programme thereafter. However, already enrolled students upto 2024-25 will be allowed to complete their programme, NCTE added.

If any institution, an NCTE statement said, is not recognised by NCTE applies for transition, the application will be rejected and any fees paid by such institutions will be forfeited.
